COMMUNITY IMPACT Central Texas — New condos coming in West Campus area – Cascade Condominiums, a new 113-unit condo development at 2500 Longview St., Austin, broke ground in September. Prices will range from $280,000 to $635,000 per condo at the site, which is being developed by Pearlstone Partners and marketed by Prospect Real Estate. Two commercial units will also be included.
